Testing PBus of the FDE crate.

Input variables define the test object and a sequence of the test patterns. iTestObject = 0 - SLT SecondSetRegister = 1 - FLT's StatisticSetRegister = 2 - FLT's MarginsLowRegister The test results are written into the file "PbusTestError.txt"
