Linux: Use the file fdhwlib/fdhwlib/Pbus/makeAll to generate all variants of the Pbus library.

The file use the environment variable PBUS_CXX_FLAGS defined in the file fdhwlib/fdhwlib/Pbus/Makefile.am to select the appropriate settings for the variant of the library.

Windows: There exists a project file for every variant of the library. Make sure all changes of the project files are done in all the projects identically.
