C API Interface

Dynamic loading of C++ function and classes is nearly impossible because of a uncertain naming scheme. Programs like LabVIEW 7.1 are not able handle C++ classes if they get a handle to a class by a C function. Here a complete C API is required to use fdhwlib together with Lab VIEW.
